Q: How do I order?

Q: Where all do you ship?

A: We ship to most locations across India. If however, your location is not on our list of delivery locations, we shall get in touch with you for possible shipping options.

Kindly note – the package shall be shipped via Surface mode and hence, depending on your delivery location, a lead time of 10 days is recommended for order placements.

Q: How long in advance do I need to order for Bespoke fragrances?

A: We ideally recommend a lead time of 10 days for any Bespoke fragrances from our collection.

We usually maintain stocks of all products but it does happen at times that we would be in the process of replenishing them and hence, recommend a lead time of about 10 days.

Please note – the shipment time is not included in the order lead time. The same should be considered as additional.

Q: I do not want any notes/letter to be sent with the fragrance. Can I skip that?

A: Yes. That is possible. We can ship without the letter too.

We usually recommend a personal note to the receiver because we have seen it leave a memorable impact on them.

Q: Am not sure what can I write in the note or letter. Can you help on that?

A: Yes. We can assist on composing the content for the note that you would like to include in your letter.

Q: How can I know my order has been shipped?

A: The shipment tracking number shall be emailed to you once the consignment is shipped.

Q: Can I track my shipment?

A: Yes. You can track the shipment on https://track.delhivery.com/ by adding our tracking number.

Q: I am experiencing difficulty in placing an order. Whom should I contact?

Q: Can I make changes once I have ordered?

A: We regret, after an order is confirmed, any changes will not be possible.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We regret, once an order is confirmed, cancellations shall not be possible.

Q: What do I do if an incorrect product has been delivered?

A: Please get in touch with us on contact@kaori.in or info@silveroakin.co.in and our team member shall get in touch with you for the same.

Q: Is my order/payment secured?

A: All payments made through our portal are secured via CCAVENUE.
