Returns will only be initiated in case of damage/defects in the product received by the customer. All returns to be initiated in 7 days of receipt of the product. Refund/replacement will be subject to inspection by the Kaori Team.

Damages owing to improper handling or usage by the client will not be covered by our returns policy.
Courier charges for return of damaged goods or erroneous shipments will be borne by Team Kaori.
For refunds, payments shall be done by NEFT transfer. Customer will be required to contact Kaori and share their Banking details for the same.
